A General Election is the election in which federal and state officers, members of Congress and of the general assembly, county and township officers, and other officers appear on the ballot. General Elections are held the 1st Tuesday after the 1st Monday in November of each even-numbered year.

Absentee Ballots ready to be mailed - Wednesday, October 16
In-person voting starts in the Auditor's Office - Wednesday, October 16

Extended Hours
Extended and Saturday hours are available for voter registration and absentee voting in the Worth County Auditor's Office. In addition to regular hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., extended office hours during the 2024 General Election season will be as follows:
Wednesday, August 28 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, September 3 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 19 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, October 21 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday, November 1 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 2 - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday, November 15 - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
